We confirm route availability.
When your route opens, we’ll contact you about availability and the next step. An expression of interest is not a booking.

We assess the property.
After commercial launch opens, we assess lawn size and complexity, gardens, hedges, reticulation, access and starting condition.

Receive and accept your VERDANT Plan.
If you choose to proceed after launch, we provide the property-specific plan, membership agreement and payment setup separately.

We document the property.
The standards, access notes and care requirements are captured in the VERDANT Property Plan so future visits are consistent.

VERDANT manages the schedule.
We schedule the right routine visits through the seasons. You receive operational notifications without having to organise each visit.
